Building muscle incorporates progressive resistance exercises to promote hypertrophy (muscle growth) as well as muscle development. You will learn proper form, how to properly breathe, and a variety of body building techniques to help you achieve your goals efficiently.
Sculpt
Program
Tone and define muscle with Gerard’s Sculpt Program.
Toning muscle requires a healthy mixture of strength & cardio based workouts. Gerard’s approach is a unique formulation of strength-based Pilates + Barre to isolate your core, thighs, and arms. You will learn proper alignment, practice synchbreath to movement, and will have a blast while feeling the burn!
